Our Author's Plan
Our Author’s Plan offers you a chance to sell your books in our bookshop. This allows you to display and sell your ebooks, audiobooks and already printed stock of books. You will also have an option for linking to print-on-demand print books (this requires you to be set up with a print-on-demand site and have a pay link). We offer all of these features listed below. Please read our policies and terms before signing up for our plan.
*The features are not limited to these as we are ever-changing and adding to our site.
**Paid Membership plans may be added to help offset admin costs for running and advertising of the bookstore. Members will always have the right to choose to continue or cancel at any time. The free membership will change to a limited number of books if paid memberships are added.
Author Control
You as the Author, have more control over your books, including updating them when needed.
Sell Different Types
Choose between Ebook, Audiobook , or link to an existing platforms listing for a print book option (for example, if you have a Payhip, D2D Universal Link, Amazon, or other platform with your book that offers Print On Demand printing, you only need paste it into the product page for your book listing. Tip: choose the best link that gives you the best royalty earnings).
Offer Sample Content
You can also upload a sample chapter for readers to browse and download to see if your book is what they are looking for. (audiobook option also available)
Price Control
You have control over your pricing (including if you want to offer it Free, however all other fees will be yours to cover, ie membership fee, taxes, and processing fees, so be mindful of this when pricing your books).
Individual Author Storefront Page
Author storefront is your own personal Author's central area for your readers to see all the books you offer (as well as in the main book store area).
Book Bundling
You also have the option to create a bundle (having all of your books in a series show up on the product page (with a checkbox next to each book in the series) so that the reader can check those they want while leaving those they have already purchased in the series unchecked (thus allowing them to purchase the ones they want together at one time).

Access to the My Book Gems Discord Community. A place where you can ask questions and talk to other authors.

If you choose to join us, when filling out the registration, when it asks for “store name” please use your author name or pen name you go by to make it easier for readers/customers to find your books and individual store page.
Do NOT use a publisher name.

The plan is free and as explained, you will get unlimited book listings, access to our private Discord group, pricing control, unlimited revisions/updating, and much more. *Books must be approved and different fees apply (Transaction fees and 25% of sale of your listing will be charged, and taxes, returns, and refunds, if offered, are the sole responsibility of the vendor/author). Explained more in our Terms and Conditions located at the bottom (in the footer) of the site or here https://mybookgems.com/site-policies/ **Advertising is the responsibility of the vendor/author, not the website. We will advertise the bookstore as a whole (if we choose to advertise). This shows no favoritism to any one author and if we choose to do so, it will help the site as a whole. Grab your individual store link and add it wherever you wish (suggestions: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Youtube, Pinterest, and websites) to help bring your readers to your personal storefront or post the bookstore link https://mybookgems.com which will land them on the homepage where it has the Featured Author section, the scrolling Author cards, and the 25 newest books, Best Selling, and books on Sale scrolling on it.
